Dr. Mark Lesko has been serving North Austin, Wells Branch. Pflugerville and Round Rock as the Community Chiropractic Centre for over 26 years. Dr. Lesko has been helping people attain better health through chiropractic care since 1986. His primary goal is to alleviate pain through the use of state-of-the-art chiropractic and therapeutic techniques. Dr. Lesko attended the Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas where he graduated Cum Laude receiving his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1986. Patient education is extremely important to Dr. Lesko. He goes to great lengths to ensure his patients thoroughly understand the importance of what he does, why he does it and how his unique rehabilitation programs ensure lasting relief. He believes “Health is truly available without a prescription.” By treating the source and not just the symptoms, he is able to provide his patients “life changing” results.
Outside the office Dr. Lesko enjoys almost ALL sports! He is also an avid fisherman and enjoys hunting.
Dr. Matthew Walden found his way into physical therapy through sports injuries of his own along with a little nudge from life itself. Over the last 14 years Dr. Walden has spent his time working with underprivileged children in various settings suffering from physical and mobility impairments and has been able to take part in the progress the children make. He has also devoted his time and skills in helping adults overcome mental, emotional, and physical challenges. Dr. Walden brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to each session with his patients along with the desire to impart not only physical wellness, but also mental and emotional healing.
Being an avid outdoorsman and, self admittedly his own worst patient, Dr. Walden understands the struggle of living with pain, physical set backs, and the wear and tear the human body experiences from day to day. He strives to make every effort in taking the time to develop a relationship with each patient and their needs individually to be sure he brings the best health and wellness care they need. Dr Walden takes pride and joy in his therapy as patients walk in with an ailment and he witnesses them experience relief, gain strength, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Eat healthy and enjoy your food, exercise however and whenever you can, and listen to your body. These are three things Dr. Walden practices not only in his personal life with his wife and two children, but that he instills in all of his patients as he promotes mobility and healing.
